I was involved in a large project at Coop with the main focus on improving the customer experience around stores and offers.

The process and result
My role in the project was to gather information, knowledge, and analyze the current situation. To do this, I conducted panel questions with a customer panel, interviewed internal staff about the work process, and explored the technical possibilities, among other things. Based on the collected information, I began the work of producing concept sketches for a new design.
I also contributed to user testing with others in the design team to investigate the experience of related items when purchasing groceries online. It was an exciting and informative process where we could see directly how users reacted to our design and get feedback on how we could improve it further.
I have worked in close collaboration with the Design team, the agile development team, and the product owner. It was a challenge to get all the different teams to collaborate and communicate effectively, but together we succeeded in creating a really great customer experience that we are proud to have contributed to.
